DAY 1: From Agadir to Anti-Atlas Peaks (Agadir – Taroudant – Anti-Atlas - Tata)
Begin your adventure in Agadir, a vibrant coastal city, before heading inland to the historic city of Taroudant, often called the "Grandmother of Marrakesh." From there, you’ll journey through the stunning landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, known for their rugged beauty. Enjoy your first night in Tata, a quiet town with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

DAY 2: Through Tissint to Desert Gateway (Tata – Tissint – Foum Zguid)
Depart Tata and make your way through the charming village of Tissint. Afterward, continue to Foum Zguid, a gateway to the Sahara desert. As you travel, you will witness the dramatic change in the landscape from lush valleys to arid desert.
*OPTIONS (possible to add): sandbread baking (learn how to bake traditional bread in the sand, a unique desert experience)

DAY 3: Across Iriqui Lake to Sahara Dunes (Foum Zguid – Iriqui Lake – Erg Chegaga)
Journey across the dry lakebed of Iriqui Lake, a strikingly surreal landscape. The Sahara reveals itself as you approach the towering dunes of Erg Chegaga, where you will spend the next two nights under the stars in the desert.
*OPTIONS (possible to add): sandboarding (enjoy sliding down the desert dunes) + camel ride (explore the desert landscapes on the back of a camel for a ride)

DAY 4: Explore the Heart of Erg Chegaga (Erg Chegaga Exploration)
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert with a full day exploring Erg Chegaga. Take part in traditional activities and experience life in a nomadic environment.
*OPTIONS (possible to add): nomadic family (visit a nomadic family to experience their traditional lifestyle and hospitality in the heart of the desert) + oasis Secret (visit a desert oasis and experience the lush greenery amidst the arid surroundings)

DAY 5: M'hamid and Tamgroute’s Desert Treasures (Erg Chegaga – M'hamid – Tamgroute – Zagora)
Depart Erg Chegaga and head towards M'hamid, the true gateway to the Sahara. Afterward, visit the pottery village and the famous ancient Quranic library in Tamgroute, home to historical manuscripts. Continue to Zagora for a peaceful evening.
*OPTIONS (possible to add): couscous with a Moroccan family (share a traditional couscous meal with a local family and learn about them during lunch about the life in the desert) + Quran ancient library visit (discover the ancient manuscripts and historical treasures at a local Quranic library) + pottery workshop (explore Tamgroute famous pottery workshops and learn about the craft)

DAY 6: Scenic Gorges and Lush Draa Valley (Zagora – Draa Valley - Small Atlas - Nkob – Tignhir – Todra Gorge -Boumalne Dades)
Travel through the lush Draa Valley, passing by date palms and traditional Berber villages. Visit the stunning Todra Gorge, famous for its towering cliffs. You will spend the night in Boumalne Dades, a peaceful town located between the Rose Valley and Dades Gorges.

DAY 7: Roses, Kasbahs, and Crossing High Atlas (Boumalne Dades – Rose Valley - Skoura – High Atlas – Marrakech)
Today you will explore the picturesque Rose Valley before continuing to Skoura, known for its lush palm groves and the iconic Kasbah Amridil. Afterward, cross the High Atlas Mountains to reach the bustling city of Marrakech.

From the vibrant streets of Marrakech, head to the coastal town of Oualidia, known for its peaceful beaches and oyster farms. Spend the night by the sea, enjoying the fresh coastal air and a relaxing atmosphere.
*OPTIONS (possible to add): boot tour (experience a little boat tour through Oualidia’s bay, exploring its tranquil waters and discovering the local oyster farms)

DAY 9: Pottery, Seaside Charm in Essaouira (Oualidia – Safi – Essaouira)
Continue along the scenic Atlantic coast, stopping in Safi, a town famous for its pottery. You’ll then arrive in Essaouira, a charming seaside city known for its historic medina, vibrant souks, and artistic scene.

On your final day, return to Agadir along the coast, enjoying the picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean. Your adventure concludes upon arrival in Agadir, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Morocco’s coast and desert landscapes.
